Today Congressman Kevin Yoder voted against increasing the national debt ceiling.

"I am strongly opposed to the President's request to increase the nation's debt ceiling to $16.7 trillion. Simply increasing the debt ceiling without real reforms will further damage our economy and endanger the future of our children and grandchildren. Washington needs to cut up the credit cards and stop spending money we don't have."
