Jessica Arrigoni
National Board ChairResponsible for Vote Smart's National Board. Jessica has a master's in political science from Truman State University and formerly served as the Director of Vote Smart's National Political Awareness Test (now the Political Courage Test).
Fun Fact: Lived in Vote Smart's only cabin without running water for two years.
Richard Kimball
PresidentResponsible for fundraising and the integrity of Board-approved policies and standards. A graduate of the University of Arizona, Richard served on the staffs of Congressman Morris K. Udall, Senator Walter F. Mondale, and Senator Daniel P. Moynihan. He is also a former Arizona State Senator and Corporation Commissioner.
Fun Fact: Has a world class collection of Daffy Ducks
Kristen Vicedomini
National DirectorResponsible for day-to-day oversight of all Vote Smart programs, staff, operations, facilities and administration. A graduate of New York University, Kristen previously led the organization's Political Courage Test department and Research department before being named National Director in 2010.
Fun Fact: "I was born during a hurricane."
Adelaide Kimball
Senior Advisor, Founding Board MemberResponsible for Major Giver Development and Media. Adelaide is a graduate of the University of Texas and holds master's degrees in American history and library science from the University of Arizona. She is a former archivist for the Arizona Historical Society and has previously directed Vote Smart's National Political Awareness Test (now the Political Courage Test).
Fun Fact: Former Betty Crocker Homemaker of the Year award winner
Ann Cannella
Office Manager, Assistant to National Director, Internship CoordinatorResponsible for coordinating office procedures, operations, and resources, managing the National Internship Program, and performing research and other tasks as requested by the National Director. Ann is a graduate of Fordham University and has previously worked as a community liaison for NYC Council-member Bill de Blasio and as assistant managing clerk at the law firm Nourse and Bowles.

Carly Griffin
Development and Communications DirectorResponsible for leading the Development and Communications Department which oversees all of the organization's fundraising and communication strategies. Originally from Nashville, Tenn., Carly graduated from Belmont University with a bachelor's in mass communications and has previously worked for the Nashville Area Red Cross and Canyonlands Field Institute.

Hannah Stewart
Communications CoordinatorResponsible for assisting with the development and maintenance of the organization's communications activities including digital communications, traditional media outreach, message development and dissemination, and outreach support. Hannah received her master's in political science from the University of Glasgow, UK, and previously assisted with the communication efforts of the National Economic and Social Rights Initiative and Still Serving Veterans.
Fun Fact: "I canoed down the Zambezi river once."
Ben Raker
Development and Communications Associate, Ambassador Program CoordinatorResponsible for supporting membership services, assisting with the coordination of outreach programs, and supervising the citizen outreach program for Vote Smart Ambassadors. Originally from Brunswick, Maine, Ben is a graduate of Bard College and previously served as in intern with the organization in 2011.

Eric Henderson
Development AssociateResponsible for supporting membership services, assisting with the coordination of new and current outreach programs, and interfacing with public information and material requests. Eric is a graduate of the University of Tennessee and received his master's in psychology from the University of Western Georgia.

Steve Johnson
Ranch Maintenance DirectorResponsible for building and equipment maintenance operation at our headquarters on the Great Divide Ranch. Originally from Whitefish, Mont., Steve brings with him 30 years of experience in the construction industry.

Information Technology DirectorResponsible for the IT Department and the effective use of technology at Project Vote Smart. Clinton joined the organization in 2001.

Information Technology AssistantResponsible for web development, user support, and system administration. Mike has been with Project Vote Smart since 2007.

Information Technology AssistantResponsible for web development, user support, and system administration. Luiz is originally from Manaus, AM - Brazil, and previously worked as a developer for MemberFuse.

Julia Michaels
Legislative Research DirectorResponsible for tracking major legislation in multiple states in addition to writing and revising comprehensive summaries of legislation. Julia received her master's in public policy from Oregon State University, and previously worked as the Program Assistant for the OSU's Department of International Programs, IE3 Global Internships Program.
Fun Fact: "I enjoy traveling internationally."
Natasha Roberts
Legislative Research AssociateResponsible for tracking major legislation in multiple states in addition to writing and revising comprehensive summaries of legislation. Natasha received her bachelor’s in government and history from the University of Texas, and joined as staff following her internship with the organization in 2011.

Darren McDivitt
Political Courage Test DirectorResponsible for leading the Political Courage Test department. The Political Courage Test is the organization's flagship program, measuring candidates' willingness to provide citizens with their positions on key issues each election year. Darren is a Tucson, Ariz. native who received his bachelor's in political science from Truman State University.
Fun Fact: "I strongly dislike wearing shoes."
Rachel Hartman
Test Administrator, Lodge ManagerResponsible for handling candidate contacts and inquires, in addition to distributing and processing submitted Political Courage Tests. Originally from Collinsville, Ill. and a graduate of Elmhurst College, Rachel joined the organization as staff immediately following her internship with the organization in 2011.
Fun Fact: "I've attempted to play nearly every sport I've ever watched, including curling."
Pat Waller
Test AssociateResponsible for assisting with the coordination of candidates' issue position research, in addition to distributing and processing submitted Political Courage Tests. Pat graduated from the University of Denver with a bachelor's in economics and international studies. He is originally from Glenwood Springs, Colo.
Fun Fact: "I have 5 years experience as a river rafting guide."
Sarah Tansey
Test AssociateResponsible for assisting with the coordination of candidates' issue position research, in addition to distributing and processing submitted Political Courage Tests. Sarah is a graduate of Skidmore College and in addition to interning with us in 2010, she previously worked for the Modernizing Foreign Assistance Network.
Fun Fact: "As an intern with PVS, I won the pie-eating contest during the 2010 Intern Olmypics."
Rebekah Prince
Quality Control CoordinatorResponsible for ensuring the quality of standards and procedures of the Political Courage Test, in addition to assisting with candidates' issue position research, and the distribution and processing of submitted Tests. Rebekah received her master's in political science from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, and she is originally from Pocahontas, Ark.

Chris Lynn
Research DirectorResponsible for leading the Research department which researches and maintains the organization's biographical, campaign finance, public statements, and interest group ratings information on all U.S. elected officials and candidates. Chris graduated from Bradley University with a degree in international studies and also studied at the University of Economics in Prague, Czech Republic.
Fun Fact: "I am a certified Eagle Scout."
Katy Dupre
Research AssociateResponsible for researching and maintaining elected official and candidate information, in addition to assisting with the Political Courage Test department's administrative duties. Katy received her master's in political science from the University of New Orleans and also studied at the Leysin American School in Switzerland.
Fun Fact: "I Cajun and Zydeco dance."Jason Chow
Research Associate, IT SupportResponsible for handling special requests regarding data, maintaining elected official and candidate information, and assisting the Information Technology department as needed. Previously, Jason worked for the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and is a graduate of New York University with a degree in economics. He received his master's in biotechnology and public health from the University of Buffalo.

Research AssociateResponsible for researching and maintaining elected official and candidate information including public statements, special interest group ratings, and biographical information. A graduate of Marlboro College, Mark has been with Project Vote Smart since 2009 and is originally from Hopkinton, Mass.
